Electric awning with LED lights. Has solar panel to trickle charge battery-very nice not to worry about the batteries dying. Custom solid fold down stairs on front door. TV and stereo with outside speakers, that can also Bluetooth. Fireplace never used. Full bed in front bedroom, with a nice real mattress. Bunk beds in the rear. Large outside storage under master bed, and bottom bunk bed. Comes with portable generator. Hvac works well. USB charging ports. Outside propane grittle and mini fridge, never used. Some things still have plastic on them, that should tell you how little it's been used. Pulls great. Have extra supplies that can come with the trailer if interested. Also still under warranty for 3 more years! Must see to appreciate how new and clean this trailer is. Been stored in covered open shed, so the front is a little dirty/sun faded.
